So NOT to confuse things, this is a NEW (Nov. 2011) CD > EAC > Wav > Flac transfer of an unknown audience recording. (audio CD's) There IS one shn ID in the etree database that has this same lineage, that ID is 74230. This is NOT that source acording to the NEW MD5 that was created when this NEW transfer/EAC rip was done in late November of 2011.
Since the new MD5 I created doesn't match the existing shn ID MD5, I must assume this is from a different source & have decided to share it.
It's a wonderful recording.
I do not have the 72430 flac files to compare this to & do not know what it sounds like but this one sounds so good it needs to be circulated. Looking at the etree database, just 18 people have this show on their list & I know 2 of them. That's not a lot of people, just 15 others have this on their etree list besides me & my two friends.
Two other audience sources are seen/listed on "other" etree pages but have shn no ID.
Only 1 source out of 3 has a shn ID. (74320)
That's a TOTAL of 3 sources seen for this show but only 74230 is documented with an ID.
This one can now be one of the 3. (2 with shn ID's once & if this is approved)
Merl Saunders opened. That set circulates also & is very very good.
The entire evening was just excellent & I highly recommend this Ratdog show.
This is the first RD show I saw with Kenny Brooks on sax who had recently replaced Dave Ellis. The audio CD's came to me in a trade & I do not remember who I got them from.
